Vegetable Bean Soup
- 1 Qt. pinto beans
- 1 Qt water
- 1 lb. browned hamburger
- 1 cup cubed potatoes
- ½ cup onion
- 1 Qt drained tomatoes
- 3 tsp beef bouillon
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup cooked rice or barley
- ¼ tsp marjoram and thyme
- Mix all ingredients together and cook until carrots and potatoes are soft.
