Dutch Oven Pancakes
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup milk (can substitute with powdered milk)
- 2 eggs (can substitute with powdered eggs)
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon until moist. Put oil, margarine or shortening into the dutch oven. Pour or spoon the batter into a hot dutch oven. Cook until pancakes bubble and edged are dry. Then turn pancakes over. Cook until golden brown. Makes 20 pancakes.
