Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

This is a family favorite – quick and easy to make and everyone loves the taste ( and noodles.)

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
  • 8 to 16 ounces uncooked pasta (Linguine or other)
  • 1 cup fresh, frozen or dehydrated broccoli flowerets
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add brocolli for last four minutes during cooking.
  2. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Drain.
  3. Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and pasta mixture and cook thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
